Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician with at least 2 years of experience to join Baranko Companies. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and maintaining heavy equipment, while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician
- Must have your own basic tools to conduct Field Technician work
- Must pass a pre-employment urine drug test and comply with drug and alcohol policies during employment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Class B with the Airbrake endorsement
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of a mechanic apprenticeship/internship program or equivalent training
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with industry-standard maintenance and diagnostic tools
