Job Summary
Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer Equipment as directed by the branch service manager. Diagnose equipment malfunctions with hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic experience. Be an experienced welder and apply the latest industry trends and technical advancements to daily activities. Create repair cost estimates, maintain detailed records of repairs, and communicate with the factory for technical assistance. This is a shop role with the potential to go out on the road after training; opportunities include bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a sign-on bonus. All duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Hydraulics, electrical & hydrostatic experience required
- Be an experienced welder
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions
