Job Summary
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for heavy mobile equipment and diesel generators. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, supervise corrective maintenance, and conduct root cause analysis to minimize downtime. Monitor equipment performance, track operating hours, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Supervise maintenance technicians, assign tasks, and evaluate team performance while preparing technical reports and analyzing KPIs using CMMS systems. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of mining or heavy industry experience. Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mining, cement, silica, or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, diesel generators, and maintenance & reliability practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Proficiency in CMMS systems
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team supervision skills
- Good communication
- High level of safety awareness
