Job Summary
Create, assign, and monitor work orders while tracking service intervals and ordering parts using our proprietary T3 platform. Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models to determine root causes and corrective actions. Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer-owned equipment. Assist in training lower-level technicians and maintain electronic documentation of daily work. Support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with potential overtime and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment
- Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Superior customer service skills
- Teamwork skills

- Written communication skills
- Must be able to move freely
- Must be able to stand freely
- Must be able to stoop freely
- Must be able to bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Trade school certificate
- Experience in field service
- Experience in maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
