Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) at EquipmentShare (Jackson, SC) responsible for maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, diagnosing issues using real-time data, managing work orders, parts sourcing, and ensuring safety compliance. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Safety sensitive position with drug screen required
