Job Summary
Create, assign, and monitor work orders while tracking service intervals and diagnosing issues using real-time data from hundreds of makes and models. Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment, utilizing laptops and tablets for efficient troubleshooting. Practice safe job practices, maintain electronic documentation of work performed daily, and assist in training lower-level technicians. Support equipment and parts pick-up and delivery while applying independent judgment to root cause analysis. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay available after 40 hours, subject to on-call rotation with additional compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment
- Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams

- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in field service
