Job Summary
Create, assign, and monitor work orders while tracking machine service intervals and pulling diagnostic data from hundreds of makes and models. Diagnose issues to determine root causes and corrective actions for complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment. Maintain electronic documentation of work performed daily and assist in training lower-level technicians. Perform maintenance and repair using advanced mechanical aptitude, independent judgment, and OSHA-compliant practices. Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts. This role includes a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours and subject to on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment
- Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams

- Must be able to move freely

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
- Must pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Trade school certificate
- Experience in field service
- Experience in maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
