Job Summary
Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment while practicing safe job practices. Assist in training lower-level technicians, maintain electronic documentation of work performed daily, and support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours, subject to on-call scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment
- Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Superior customer service skills

- Written communication skills
- Must be able to move freely
- Must be able to stand freely
- Must be able to stoop freely
- Must be able to bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Trade school certificate
- Experience in field service
- Experience in maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
