Job Summary
Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment while practicing safe job practices. Assist in training lower-level technicians, maintain daily electronic documentation of work performed, and handle pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours, subject to an on-call rotation with additional compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
- Must pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
- Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements
