Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, recondition, and service Caterpillar and Empire equipment in a shop setting; diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain failures using electronic tools and schematics; communicate equipment status and recommendations clearly to clients and management; maintain safety and client relations; travel to remote locations as needed; work overtime as required; maintain and manage service reports, tool inventory, and warranty procedures; responsibilities include diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring equipment is kept in good condition across 1st and 2nd shifts at an in-shop location in Mesa, AZ; requires proficiency with diagnostic tools and CAT components, and the ability to work with English-language documentation; must meet MSHA card requirements if applicable and possess a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months related experience
