Job Summary
Perform repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on fleet trucks and heavy equipment, diagnosing issues in electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems. Recondition parts, raise heavy loads using jacks or hoists, and conduct service calls for emergency breakdowns while maintaining organized logs of all maintenance dates. Troubleshoot operational problems, prioritize tasks, and work under limited supervision to keep the shop clean and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Required Qualifications
