Heavy Equipment Service Manager

Manage all repair and maintenance work for customer machines and the rental fleet, supervise service department personnel, and coordinate technician training. Lead customer relations and service invoicing while overseeing financial management and staffing retention for the service department. Accurately estimate repair costs, manage warranty claim submissions with manufacturers, and ensure proficiency in diagnostics, hydraulics, electrical systems, pneumatics, and diesel engines. Full-time role Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm with a salary of $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Candidates require five plus years of heavy equipment service experience and management or supervisory experience is preferred.
