Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant mobile equipment including CAT, Komatsu & Volvo quarry/construction equipment and diesel engines. Perform mechanical repairs on diesel-powered mobile equipment, including rebuilds, removal and installation of mechanical parts, and preventative maintenance. Weld, cut, and perform minor fabrication on plant or mobile equipment. Operate heavy equipment in a surface and/or underground mine setting as part of a full-time role requiring 40+ hours per week. A valid US driver's license and CDL with a clean driving record are required. Minimum 5 years of experience with CAT, Komatsu & Volvo quarry/construction equipment/diesel engine repairs is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Valid US driver's license
- Minimum 5 years of experience with CAT, Komatsu & Volvo quarry/construction equipment/ diesel engine repairs
Desired Qualifications
- Certification from a trade school
- Previous mining experience
- Bilingual
- A CDL and a clean driving record
