Job Summary
Diagnose and repair material handling and construction equipment at customer locations, performing diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on electric forklifts, diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulics. Travel your assigned region using a service vehicle to deliver high-quality service, coordinate with the Parts Department for necessary components, and maintain trusted relationships with clients. Work independently with strong mechanical aptitude, lifting up to 75lbs and operating at heights, while adhering to a schedule that may include on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of JLG and Genie and other AWP Equipment with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with electronic and hydraulic repairs
- Experience with diesel and gas engine repair
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work under little or no supervision
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- Must provide own tools
- Must be able to push, pull and/or lift up to 75lbs
- Must be comfortable working at heights

Desired Qualifications
- Aerial experience
- Experience working on John Deere equipment
- CDL
