Heavy Equipment Operator | Washita Quarry

Operate mobile equipment including motor graders, track mobiles, and haul units to move raw materials and load products; perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance; follow MSHA/OSHA safety rules; assist with rail unloading, quality control, and housekeeping; participate in new hire orientation and safety training; be prepared for travel and overnight stays (1–3 days) with accommodations/reimbursements covered for travel >50 miles; read, write, and communicate in English; manage measurements and gauges, read manuals, and maintain accurate records; adapt to irregular shifts and weekends; contribute to a positive, energetic team environment and support plant operations as needed; represents a role that requires physical endurance and the ability to operate in varied outdoor environments while adhering to safety and quality standards.
