Job Summary
Turner Mining Group is seeking an energetic Heavy Equipment Operator to join its mining services team. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment (loaders, scrapers, blade, excavators, dozers, haul trucks) in a production environment, performing pre-shift inspections and some basic maintenance, and collaborating with crew teammates to maximize production while adhering to safety rules. The role emphasizes problem-solving, customer and supplier partnership, continuous learning, and adaptability. Preferred MSHA training is noted. The position is based around Bloomington, Indiana and Salt Lake City, Utah with an emphasis on safe, efficient equipment operation and contributing to an inclusive workplace.
