Job Summary
Operate a variety of heavy equipment to support material movement and structural assembly within a production facility. Responsibilities include safely transporting, loading, and unloading materials; assisting with installation and movement of components using appropriate lifting equipment; performing pre-operation inspections and safety walk-arounds; maintaining daily equipment logs; ensuring equipment upkeep and basic maintenance; identifying and reporting mechanical issues or safety hazards; complying with OSHA regulations and company safety policies; conducting ground labor when not operating machinery; following production schedules to meet deadlines; and supporting ISO 9001 audits. May require working in various weather conditions and terrain; role involves contributing to project timelines and safety-focused operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years’ experience that includes 2 consecutive related experience or training
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Formal documentation by certificate or card of previous training and experience (preferred)
- 5+ Years’ related experience or training (preferred)
- Reading and Interpreting Technical Documents (preferred)
- Some vocational technical training (preferred)
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the USA.
