Job Summary
Operate a variety of medium sized and heavy motorized equipment including rear-load garbage truck and Automated Side Load (ASL) garbage truck, backhoe, dozers, sewer jet truck, large tractors, specialized mowing machines, asphalt pavers, sewer vac-all, road graders, large dozers, scrappers, sweepers, and the like. Requires completion of high school and six years of experience in operating such equipment, with CDL required; civil service exam required; full-time with overtime; benefits provided; salary range $48,118–$71,432; veterans’ preference applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school
- six years of experience in operation of medium and heavy motorized equipment
- two years at Equipment Operator-Medium level; or any equivalent combination of training and experience
- CDL Required
