Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment with precision across varied terrains, including excavators, dozers, loaders, and haul trucks while performing production duties on the ground and in the plant. Complete daily inspections, light maintenance, greasing, and fueling of machinery. Assist with fixed plant maintenance and perform any other duties assigned by management. Work overtime and extended hours as needed, tolerating all weather conditions and loud noises. Maintain a strong commitment to safety excellence and safe work practices.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a dedication to safe work practices
- Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document
Desired Qualifications
- At least two years of proficient experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Experience operating various pieces of heavy equipment – excavator, dozer, track hoe, loader, haul truck, skid steer, and others
