Job Summary
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of heavy equipment to ensure windows, lights, mirrors, and rear view cameras are clean. Safely operate equipment including forklifts, excavators, bulldozers, and front-end loaders to transfer, spread, cover, load, and compact waste or soil. Continuously monitor waste for unacceptable materials and equipment condition to minimize downtime, performing minor service and documenting repairs. Complete Equipment Condition Reports and other necessary documentation while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, serviced, and stored shop at the end of each shift. Two years of prior heavy equipment operation experience and one year at OSHA-regulated sites required. Starting rate $23.50/hr with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of prior related experience in heavy equipment operation
- One year of prior experience working at sites regulated by OSHA
