Heavy Equipment Operator

Conduct safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment including forklifts, excavators, bulldozers, and loaders for transferring, spreading, covering, loading, and compacting waste or soil. Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure all windows, lights, mirrors, and cameras are clean, while continuously monitoring equipment condition to minimize downtime. Document minor service, complete equipment condition reports, and refer complex mechanical issues to the Maintenance Shop. Monitor waste for unacceptable materials and ensure the shop remains clean, serviced, and properly stored at shift completion. Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
