Job Summary
Support earthwork components for projects including site grading, road construction, drainage systems, and utility installation. Operate various heavy equipment such as motor graders, dozers, excavators, water trucks, and skid steers. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and established work plans to ensure a safe and efficient job site. Prior experience operating heavy equipment in civil construction environments is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams in challenging conditions. Rachel Contracting is a specialty site-work contractor performing earthwork, demolition, and utilities primarily in the Midwest/Central US region.
