Job Summary

Perform pre/post operation inspections of heavy equipment in accordance with Casella safety standards and state/federal regulations. Operate skid steer and payloader equipment to transfer and load recycling materials efficiently. Monitor equipment condition frequently to minimize downtime, performing minor service and documenting repairs while referring complex issues to maintenance. Inspect recyclables for hazardous waste and occasionally assist technicians with maintenance tasks. Operate all equipment following strict safety and training protocols. Participate in training opportunities to expand knowledge of company products and services.

Required Qualifications
