Job Summary
Operate loaders, haul trucks, dozers, skid steers, and excavators while performing equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and monitoring operations for safety and efficiency. Complete daily production and inspection reports and assist with plant cleanup and material handling. Work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule covering half the month with built-in days off. This role supports Source Energy Services' logistics and oilfield services mission, focusing on the integrated production and distribution of high-quality frac sand and bulk completion materials.
Required Qualifications
- Heavy equipment experience preferred (loader, haul truck, skid steer, dozer)
