Job Summary
Operate a loader to move, load, and distribute subgrade and roadway materials; support plant operations and general dirt work; follow all safety rules, conduct pre-shift inspections, maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality; communicate with supervisors and crew to coordinate material flow; perform tasks requiring standing or walking; willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors; four years of heavy equipment experience and loader operation proficiency for material handling and site preparation; emphasis on safety and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Proficient in loader operation for material handling, subgrade work, and site preparation
- Physical ability to walk on uneven terrain and climb equipment ladders
- Knowledge of general construction and equipment operation safety procedures
