Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials, dig trenches, and perform tasks as needed. Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance, follow project plans and blueprints, and communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines. Adhere to safety protocols, keep accurate records of equipment usage, troubleshoot malfunctions, and maintain a clean work area. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and procedures

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as needed
