Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator at a frac sand mining/processing facility in Bainville, MT. Operate front-end loaders, dozers and other heavy equipment to move sand and materials, feed plant hoppers, manage stockpiles, and assist with basic equipment maintenance. Perform daily inspections, work with plant operators to support production, and follow MSHA safety procedures in an outdoor mining environment. Must be able to work 8–12 hour shifts, including nights and weekends, with overtime; strong safety awareness and reliable attendance required. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment
- Mining, sand, construction, or oilfield equipment experience preferred
- Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work 8–12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance
- Experience operating loaders in gravel pits, sand operations, mining, or oilfield environments is strongly preferred
