Job Summary
Operate and control heavy machinery (bulldozers, excavators, front-end loaders, motor graders, dump trucks, scrapers) to dig, lift, haul, grade, and compact materials on a commercial/industrial construction site. Prepare and clear sites, grade land, support with laying concrete, spreading asphalt, and building foundations. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs, follow supervisor signals, and maintain safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment on commercial/industrial construction sites
- Ability to operate bulldozers, excavators, front-end loaders, motor graders, dump trucks, and scrapers
- Knowledge of site preparation, grading, concrete placement support, asphalt spreading, and building foundations
- Active commitment to safety protocols and ability to follow supervisor signals
- Routine checks, cleaning, and minor repairs of equipment
- Ability to communicate and report issues to supervisors
