Job Summary
Join Ayva Construction as a Heavy Equipment Operator specializing in dozers, excavators, and finish equipment. This role requires proficiency in operating both GPS-controlled and non-GPS equipment, with a focus on safe and efficient operations. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (dozer, excavator, finish equipment)
- Experience with GPS and non-GPS equipment required
- Strong understanding of grading, excavation, and site development
- Ability to read blueprints and grade stakes
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Topcon, or similar GPS systems
- Previous work on commercial or large-scale civil construction projects
- Ability to work in varying weather and job site conditions
