Heavy Equipment Operator - Dirt Crew

Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment including front-end loaders, dozers, motor graders, compactors, excavators, skid steers, milling machines and other listed machinery in a safe, efficient manner. Perform daily safety and maintenance checks, secure and clean equipment, follow OSHA and company policies, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays and may travel out of town. May perform general labor tasks and interact with the public; must read/write to maintain daily records; be dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Lift 50 pounds or more and work with varying shifts as required. Ensure safe operation under supervision of Foreman and adhere to safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training
- Must be able to provide proper documentation that you have the legal right to work in the United States.
