Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operators at Crossland Construction are responsible for operating heavy machinery such as excavators, dozers, and backhoes on construction projects. The role includes performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, coordinating actions with crew members, and following safety protocols. Candidates need a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience and must also possess water, sewer, and drain experience. Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience operating heavy equipment including bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, scrapers and graders.
- Must have own transportation.
- Be highly motivated and willing to travel.
- Successful candidates must pass a drug screen, physical and criminal background check.
