Heavy Equipment Operator

Operate a variety of contractor equipment and trucks for construction, maintenance, and repair activities, including excavators, loaders, backhoes, and dump trucks. Assist the field crew in digging ditches, hoisting materials, and performing routine equipment inspections while adhering to safety and security standards. Clean assigned machinery and refer any defects or repairs to the supervisor. Requires a high school diploma, four years of heavy equipment experience on large construction projects, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Full-time position at Costello Construction, a mid-size commercial contractor based in Maryland, Virginia, and DC.
