Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator needed for contract above-ground pool installations. Responsibilities include completing high-volume pool installations across a broad radius with precision grading/dirt work, utilizing skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and laser or transit level, coordinating with a capable helper, and maintaining quality workmanship. Offers a 3-day on-the-job training, a daily-pay structure, and bonuses for performance (sign-on and per-pool bonuses). Must provide own equipment and have liability insurance; capable of traveling up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
