Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of experience installing above-ground pools or strong precision grading/dirt-work background, with at least one reliable full-time helper. Bring and use a full-size tow-capable vehicle, a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Must hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, plus a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or be able to obtain one). Willingness to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20-30 pools per month. Completion of a 3-day on-the-job training is required. Daily pay is offered, with bonuses including a $500 Sign-On Bonus, plus extra $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools) and an additional $1,000 per week after 5 installs in a week.
