Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations in Ohio. Responsibilities include executing high-volume pool installs (average 20–30 pools per month) with precision grading and dirt work, using equipment such as skid steers/front loaders and laser levels, and ensuring quality installations. Must have 5+ years of proven experience in pool installations or residential grading, own/arrange necessary equipment, hold a valid driver’s license and insurance, and be able to travel within a 200-mile radius. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Compensation includes daily earnings in the range of $1,400–$1,600 per pool (with potential up to ~$30,000 per month) plus bonuses and daily pay. Company provides steady workflow with nationwide pool installations and offers a sign-on bonus and additional per-pool bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance
- access to full-size work vehicle and equipment (bobcat/skid steer/front loader, laser level)
- ability to start immediately and cover up to 200-mile radius
- one reliable full-time helper
