Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for Blue World Pools, Inc. seeks experienced grading contractor/dirt worker to perform high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Contractors will install pools, perform precision grading, and complete quality installations with equipment including full-size towing-capable vehicles, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and laser or transit levels. Role includes immediate start, 3-day training with a current installer, and potential earnings via daily pool installs plus bonuses (sign-on and performance-based). Role emphasizes steady workflow, avoidance of job bidding/weather gaps, and a maximum installation radius of 200 miles with 20–30 pools per month. Applicants should have 5+ years of relevant experience, own required equipment, and possess a valid driver’s license and liability insurance. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
