Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Heavy Equipment Operator for contract-based above-ground pool installations. You will install above-ground pools across a defined radius, leveraging experience in grading or pool installations. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, ownership of a full-size towing-capable vehicle and key equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level), and a valid driver’s license with liability insurance. You must bring or secure a reliable, full-time helper and be prepared to travel up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pool installations per month. The position includes a 3-day on-the-job training program, a structured pay package with bonuses (e.g., $500 Sign-On, $500 per every 5 pools beyond the first 25, and $1,000 extra per week for completing 5 installs in a week), Daily Pay after each installation, and a nationwide pool-installation focus with a longstanding company in the industry.
