Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator needed for contract-based above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing high-volume pool installations with precision grading and dirt work, using equipment such as skid steers/front loaders and laser/transit levels, and coordinating with a reliable helper. Must have a valid driver's license and insurance, own necessary equipment, and be able to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools monthly. Training will be provided on-site. Competitive pay per installation with bonuses and daily pay; immediate start available.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- one reliable, full-time helper
- full-size work vehicle capable of towing, residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- start immediately and willing to cover up to 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with current installer
- tools/equipment provided by installer (no company-provided tools)
- contractor position
