Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) role for Blue World Pools, Inc. seeking experienced installers for above-ground pool installations across the state with a steady stream of high-volume work. Responsibilities include completing quality installations, maintaining schedules, and meeting a target of 20–30 pool installs per month within a 200-mile radius. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, ownership of a full-size tow-capable vehicle, a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level, plus a valid driver's license and liability insurance. Training is provided (3 days on-the-job). Pay is per daily pool installation with bonuses (sign-on bonus of $500, $500 for every 5 pools installed up to 25 pools, and $1,000 extra per week for completing 5 installs in a week). Daily pay is available. Company emphasizes nationwide pool installations and a steady workflow, with immediate start availability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
