Contract-heavy equipment operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of experience in pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, own-tools/equipment, a reliable full-time helper, and the ability to travel within a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Includes 3-day on-the-job training, daily pay, and bonuses (sign-on and per-pool bonuses), with potential earnings up to six figures annually. Company provides steady stream of installs and pays promptly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment owned or leased by you)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
