Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsible for completing 20-30 pool installs per month within a 200-mile radius, using equipment (towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level), and ensuring quality installations. Requires 5+ years of experience (pools or precision grading/dirt work), a reliable helper, and valid insurance. Includes a 3-day training, daily pay, and bonuses; company provides high-volume opportunities and immediate start.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased by you)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- contractor position (not general labor)
- training: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
