Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Must have 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installs or precision grading/dirt work, and bring at least one reliable full-time helper. Provide your own full-size tow-capable vehicle and equipment ( skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training provided with current installer. Earnings include average $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install (6–8 hours per install), potential to earn up to $30,000 per month. Bonuses include $500 sign-on, $500 per every 5 pools (up to 25 pools), and $1,000 extra per week after 5 installs in a week. Daily pay after each installation. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, and to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
