Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. performing above-ground pool installations across the state with a steady stream of work. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installations or significant precision grading/dirt work, and at least one reliable full-time helper. Must provide own full-size vehicle for towing, a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level, plus a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability policy. Willingness to travel within up to a 200-mile radius to install 20-30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training provided. Compensation described as average earnings per daily pool install ($1,400-$1,600) with bonuses (e.g., $500 sign-on, $500 for every 5 pools, and $1,000/week for completing 5 installs in a week) and daily pay after each installation. Required Qualifications
