Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator needed for contract-based above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality installations in a high-volume workflow (20–30 pools per month) using a full-size vehicle and equipment (e.g., skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level). Must have 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, bring a reliable full-time helper, and provide essential tools. Trainers will conduct a 3-day on-the-job onboarding to align with Blue World Pools’ build process. Compensation includes daily pool install pay, sign-on bonuses, and performance-based bonuses; daily pay is available after each installation. The company has operated nationwide since 1982 with substantial advertising and expects immediate availability within up to a 200-mile radius.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance or ability to obtain one
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
