Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across Ohio. Bring 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installs or precision grading/dirt work, and a reliable full-time helper. You must own a full-size tow-capable vehicle and equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Training is provided to confirm build process and grading precision. Eligible earnings include daily pool install pay (avg $1,400–$1,600 per pool) with bonuses and potential high monthly totals; daily pay available. Willingness to travel up to 200 miles and complete 20–30 pools per month. Apply through company site if you have the tools, crew, and grading expertise.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment must be provided by applicant)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with current installer
