Job Summary
Contract-heavy pool-install projects for above-ground pools; must bring gear and crew, operate in a 200-mile radius from Eudora, KS, with strict experience and insurance requirements; strong earning potential per installation with daily pay and sign-on bonus
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased, but you must provide it)
- License & Insurance: A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
