Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Operate equipment and perform precision grading to install above-ground pools across the state. Must have 5+ years of experience, bring a helper, provide own tools and equipment (vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/front loader, laser or transit level), hold a valid license/insurance, and be willing to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 installations per month. 3-day on-the-job training provided. Pay includes daily earnings of $1,400–$1,600 per pool with bonuses (sign-on $500, weekly bonuses, daily pay). Apply via company site. Blue World Pools, Inc. has operated since 1982 nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Availability & Radius: ability to start immediately and cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
