Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) at Blue World Pools, Inc. responsible for contract-based above-ground pool installations across the state. Duties include completing quality installations for 20–30 pools per month within a ~200-mile radius, operating equipment (including full-size tow-capable vehicles, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and laser level), and adhering to the company’s build process. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading and residential dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper, valid license/insurance, and access to equipment. Training is provided (3 days), with opportunities for earnings via daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and additional weekly bonuses based on install volume.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
