Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for above-ground pool installations across the state. You will perform quality installations and leverage grading/dirt-work expertise to support a high-volume flow of jobs. The role requires 5+ years of proven experience (above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work), ownership or access to all necessary tools and equipment (full-size towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and a valid driver’s license with $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Candidates must have at least one reliable full-time helper, be willing to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month, and begin immediately. A 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer is provided. Pay structure includes daily pay with bonuses for performance (e.g., sign-on bonus and per-pool bonuses) and potential monthly earnings up to ~$30,000 depending on installs. The company, Blue World Pools, is a nationwide above-ground pool installer with a long history, advertising nationally, and seeking skilled operators to join contract crews.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing

- valid driver’s license
