Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations; 5+ years experience in pool installation or precision grading, must provide crew and equipment, willing to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month, 3-day on-the-job training provided to ensure build process proficiency and precision grading skills, average earnings per pool install range $1,400–$1,600 with bonuses (sign-on and weekly incentives), daily pay available, nationwide pool company with long-standing advertising and job flow.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- full-time helper
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- access to equipment (full-size work vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level)
- willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius
- ability to start immediately
- training program participation
